We look forward to returning in the near future. The manager Moustafa ensured that our stay was perfect and he assisted us with any queries regarding the hotel and even other destinations. The hotel has a dedicated elevator for the Gold guests which ensures quick and efficient movement within the hotel and to the Haram. They often served spectacular karak Chai and on occasion even procured an extra hairdryer when I requested a hairdryer to dry my sleeping toddlers hair ( and I could not Use the bathroom hairdryer ) The butlers : Mohammed Sajad Ali, Mohammed Yousuf, Mohaimen, Ali all went out of their way to ensure a beautiful stay. Our 24 hour butler service was superb - assisting us at the touch of a button. The Fairmont Gold offers service levels beyond comparison and go above and beyond to meet expectations.
They are beautifully decorated and standards of furnishings and decor fantastic. The kitchenette is located off the second bedroom which has a full bathroom adjacent. There is a dining area and a second bedroom which comprises of two twin beds. Each suite comprises of a main bedroom ( Kaaba facing ) and a huge lounge with seating area enough for 8 people which faces the Kaaba. Just steps away from the holiest site in Islam, Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel is the iconic symbol of hospitality for people from around the globe who have gathered to worship, reflect and contemplate.
